Shipping & Delivery
Blvd Nights Pomade ships via USPS expedited mail. Delivery time is 1-4 days depending on your location. Your tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships. You may also view your order and tracking info by logging into your account on our website and checking on your order status. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Privacy & Security
We value your privacy. We use industry leading SSL connection during checkout to encrypt and protect your personal information. We do not sell or trade your information like other cheap or discount retailers.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 14 day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, ship it back to us for a full refund! As long as the item is in like new, unworn condition, without any odors or damage, we will gladly refund you once you ship back the product. You must contact us for authorization before you ship back an item. Return shipping is covered if we sent you an incorrect or defective item. For faster service, you may purchase the correct item and we will ship a return label along with it (if applicable). Your refund will be given once the product is delivered back to us. Ordering is very simple and quick. Click "Log In" at the top of the page to create or log into your account. For your convenience, you may also create your account quickly with Facebook by clicking the blue "login" button. Please make sure to have accurate and up to date shipping information when you place an order. We will not be responsible for shipping to an old address. Please also make sure your billing address matches your shipping address to avoid any further delay in order processing. For items that are not in stock, please check back in a couple weeks or contact us for more information on that item. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
At the moment, we accept all major credit cards. You may enter your payment information at checkout you will be redirected to Paypal, our payment procesing partner. 
Viewing Orders
To view your orders, click on "My Account" link at the top of the page. You will be able to see the status of all past and existing orders, along with tracking information. Upon shipment, we also email you tracking information, which you can also find in your My Account link.
